SHIPPING AND RETURNS

While we use USPS for most of our shipments, from time to time, we will also use other carriers who are better suited for the services and delivery address.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Free Shipping on Everything!*

Free shipping is available to all customers in the continental United States with orders totaling more than $450. Packages shipped by this method are shipped by either the United States Postal Service or UPS. Shipping is calculated by the  amount of your basket.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES

Under $50   =   $9.25

$50.1 to $450  =   $16.50

$450 and over  =  Free

* Shipping days are Monday through Friday and do not include weekends or holidays; Priority Mail is an exception, with Saturdays included in Transit Times for most locations.

 

SHIPPING GUARANTEES

 

The shipping estimates provided on our cart and checkout pages are estimates only based on a typical experience. STRIKE FAST BMX SHOP  is not able to guarantee that the couriers will not occasionally make mistakes in their estimates, whether it be due to weather or some other unforeseeable circumstances. It is entirely possible that your package will arrive early or late, though it is much more likely that your package will arrive exactly on time. If you do have an issue related to a late delivery, we'll make every effort to assist you in tracking the packaging and updating the delivery estimate. We will not be able to refund your shipping fees if a package arrives later than estimated due to a situation with your address, limited access to the delivery location or a delay on the part of the courier.

 

RETURNS

STRIKE FAST BMX SHOP wants to make sure you are stoked with your purchase! If for any reason you are not satisfied, please return items in their original packaging in NEW, UNUSED, UNWORN, and UNINSTALLED condition within 5 days of the receipt of your purchase for complete refund. For returns after 5 days, a 10% restocking fee will apply. Our store policy does not allow returns for on sale, discounted of any type (coupon, credit), close out, clearance items, apparel, spokes, complete bikes, custom wheel sets, custom bikes or special orders. For online purchases, please log into your account and request the return through your MY ACCOUNT page. You must have an account to make a return to STRIKE FAST BMX SHOP store, no exceptions. Shipping for all returns is the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed to. STRIKE FAST BMX SHOP retains the right to grant full or partial refunds at its discretion.

If you received free shipping, you will receive a refund on your returned item, less the cost of originally shipping cost to STRIKE FAST BMX SHOP of the product to you.

SHIPPING DAMAGE

If you receive parts that were damaged during shipping, please contact the shipper of the item - USPS, UPS, Fed Ex, ect.

ORDER CORRECTIONS

​

STRIKE FAST BMX SHOP works hard to ensure your package arrives in perfect condition. If an error was made in the fulfillment process, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product so that we can make the necessary corrections. Shipping of replacement items and return shipping will be handled by STRIKE FAST BMX SHOP.

REFUNDS POLICY

​

Refunds will be processed within 5 business days of receipt of your return and credited in the original payment form, less the cost of shipping. Due to circumstances beyond our control, once processed, refunds can take up to 72 business hours to be visible in the customer account.

WARRANTY REPLACEMENT

​

Warranty replacements are the responsibility of the manufacturer. STRIKE FAST BMX SHOP cannot approve a warranty directly. Our job is to contact the manufacturer on your behalf with the information you provide and to help get a claim processed as quickly as possible. Warranty policies vary by manufacturer and only cover defects. They do not include normal wear and tear, crash damage, or improper care.

If there is a true manufacturer’s defect, please refer to our 'Contact us' page and we will start the warranty process for you. Please make sure to include your full name, best contact number, order number, photos of defective product, and description of the defect (if not clearly visible).
